1. AI results are drafts
Otomata uses an AI model to place oto.ini parameters automatically. Results are a starting point, not a guarantee. Accuracy depends on the voice, recording quality, noise, language, recording style and file naming. Please listen to and check the results before you publish or distribute a voicebank. Results may also change when the app or its AI model is updated.
2. Back up your files
Otomata reads and writes oto.ini and lab files in your voicebank folders. It keeps a backup copy when it overwrites an oto.ini, but please keep your own backups as well. We are not responsible for data lost through use of the software, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Voicebank rights
Otomata is a tool. It does not give you any rights to voicebanks, recordings or voices made by others. You are responsible for following each voicebank's terms of use and the law when you use, edit or distribute them.
4. Compatibility
Otomata writes standard oto.ini and lab files, but we cannot guarantee how every version of UTAU, OpenUtau, resamplers or other third-party tools will read them. AI processing uses a lot of CPU or GPU power while it runs.
5. Not affiliated
UTAU, OpenUtau, DiffSinger and other names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Otomata is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
6. No warranty
Otomata is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. It runs on Windows 10/11 (64-bit); speed depends on your hardware, and an NVIDIA GPU is optional. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Use.

Otomata는 AI 모델로 원음설정 값을 자동 배치합니다. 결과는 출발점이며 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 정확도는 목소리 · 녹음 품질 · 잡음 · 언어 · 녹음 방식 · 파일 이름에 따라 달라집니다. 음원을 공개 · 배포하기 전에 결과를 직접 듣고 확인해 주세요. 프로그램이나 AI 모델이 업데이트되면 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다.
2. 파일을 백업해 주세요
Otomata는 음원 폴더의 oto.ini · lab 파일을 읽고 씁니다. oto.ini를 덮어쓸 때 백업본을 남기지만, 이용자도 따로 백업해 주세요. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 프로그램 사용 중 생긴 데이터 손실은 책임지지 않습니다.
3. 음원의 권리
Otomata는 도구일 뿐이며, 다른 사람이 만든 음원 · 녹음 · 목소리에 대한 권리를 주지 않습니다. 음원을 쓰거나 편집 · 배포할 때 각 음원의 이용 규약과 법령을 지킬 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
4. 호환성
Otomata는 표준 oto.ini · lab 파일을 쓰지만, UTAU · OpenUtau · 리샘플러 등 다른 프로그램의 모든 버전에서 똑같이 읽힌다고 보장하지 않습니다. AI 처리 중에는 CPU나 GPU를 많이 사용합니다.
5. 제휴 관계 없음
UTAU, OpenUtau, DiffSinger 등 이 사이트에 나오는 이름은 각 권리자의 것입니다. Otomata는 독립 제품이며 이들과 제휴하거나 보증받지 않았습니다.
6. 보증의 부인
Otomata는 특정 목적 적합성, 중단 · 오류 없는 작동을 포함해 어떠한 보증도 없이 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. Windows 10/11(64비트)에서 작동하며, 속도는 PC 성능에 따라 다르고 NVIDIA GPU는 선택 사항입니다. 운영자의 책임 범위는 이용약관을 따릅니다.
